- The use of swimming cap in the indoor pool is mandatory. Customers can buy caps at € 4.50 / each at the front desk.
ADVISE:
- We inform you that the hotel reserves the right to ask for a security deposit of 100€ per person upon arrival, that will only be refunded upon check-out after verifying that the apartment has not suffered any damage. The security deposit can be paid only in cash. If the guest refuses payment, he/she will not be allowed to check into the hotel;
- We also inform that groups of 'stag' and 'hen' parties are not permitted. Still if detected any arrival of these types of groups, the hotel reserves the right to ask for the security deposit;
- Any client with behaviour that is not compatible with a family hotel will be invited to leave, and there will be no refund of the amount paid for the stay;

If the Hotel considers a gastric illness claim to be false or fraudulent, it will pursue the matter in the Portuguese courts and sue for damages.

- Youth groups and bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Our hotels reserve the right to demand a deposit of 100.00 Euros per person, which will be returned at the end of the stay only after checking the good condition of the apartment. Payment of the deposit must be made in cash or by charging the amount on a valid credit or debit card, and in the event of a guest refusing to pay, it will not be allowed to enter the hotel.
